Before purchasing my jacket from Karrimor I contacted customer service regarding the product. It was a while before I got an answer, and when I did the person who contacted me had no clue how to answer my simple question and suggested I just read the product information. If I could get the answer I wanted from the product information, then why would I be contacting customer service?
Regardless of that I was happy with what I received and I found the shipping time to be excellent (thanks to DHL Express).
