I received my order yesterday, only to find that , when I opened the parcel, the item was marked with a large price tag stating that it cost half what I had been charged for it.
I tried phoning immediately and asked questions on your Facebook. Since I have had no reply , I phoned my credit card provider , John Lewis . They are sending me forms to fill in so that I can find some redress for this matter , if indeed I can get no satisfaction from you otherwise. Perhaps you can sort out this matter for me. Otherwise, I shall proceed through John Lewis with my complaint and shall not buy from you again , which is sad as I have been very satisfied with Karrimor previously.
