I am perfectly happy with your products and the value for money they represent. I have been buying Karrimor products for more than 30 years, with great satisfaction.
The only problems this time were:
The delivery: I paid a premium charge for next-day delivery. The products did not arrive on that day. I received a text message " we tried to deliver your parcel, sorry we missed you" having been in all day, with a working doorbell, and perfect hearing; my email to Karrimor raising these points was acknowledged but not answered.
My parcel arrived the next day.
Please arrange for a refund of the premium charge.
