Swift efficient delivery but when coat arrived sealed in its bag there was a 50% off(£69.99 down to £34.99) ticket attached to it. I wrote to your customer services asking for the difference to be refunded... they said no I have to pay the full price!
At the very least do not send items out with these tickets on if you are not honouring!! Still feel it should be refunded!!
Looking into this further! certainly will not order online again!!
