I was very pleased with my order, but unfortunately the security tag was left on the jacket, I e-mailed to see what to do but three days later I am still waiting for a reply. I ordered on line to save myself some time, but that didn't work out as I will have to try and get someone to take the security tag off or wait until after Christmas to return it, - daughters Christmas ruined
