Service very good up to now.Was very disappointed the item didn't fit.I have exactly the same coat in the same size which I bought last year.I was so pleased with it which is why I wanted another one.The cut of the coat seems to be different.Have returned the item at my own expense and reordered the next size.Hopefully when it arrives it will be ok,as if I have to return again will prove to be an expensive experience.
