I ordered the Urban 30 rucksack to replace my daughters previous urban 30. The measurements on the website matched the previous rucksack, but the one which arrived was at least 2 inches smaller vertically & 1 inch narrower.
No customer service number to ring and only pre-set questions on the ‘contact us’ so called help page. I have sent it back but have been charged postage both for delivery and return. I will not be ordering from Karrimor again. Very poor customer service and incorrect info for the product :(
