I have worn Karrimor trainers for over three years and have used a pair a year. I normally get them from TK MAX, but on this occasion I got an email from Karrimor ( that was actually from Sports Direct) offering product in the one day new year sale. As they were having a sale I thought I could save a few pounds so ordered a pair of trainers. I was offered a 10% discount for ordering on the that day. The first problem that using the Samsung tablet I own I found there was nowhere to add the discount code I had been given so didn't get the discount. I did email them about this, which was difficult from the site as every option, bar one, just gave a FAQ answer and no email option, however I got no response from the mail I sent. When the trainers arrived it was unfortunate that they did not fit. That was no fault of Karrimor just that I have wide feet and they were a narrow fitting. I then found that I had to pay for the return postage, signed for, which cost around £4. This means I ended up with no trainers at a cost of £4. Not quite the bargain I anticipated.
