Karrimor's policies regarding a 24 hr change are problematic.
Not only am I going to receive 2 pairs of pants which are the wrong colour, which I noticed within 24 hours and tried to change without success, they failed to let me know about customs and tax charges on my end in Canada ($24.00), I would have appreciated knowing this. I very much like their products and will continue enjoying them but these 2 points are important to customers and we need to be advised before clicking on our orders.
