Karrimor used to make the best outdoor stuff you could find. I swore by their rucksacks and lightweight boots. The stuff they're selling now is incredible for the price, especially if you grab things in the sale (I mean, the extra sale, not the constant year-round sale) and you can't complain when you buy a pair of reasonable lightweight boots for £20 etc. Some of their stuff is still good quality, but it's knowing how to spot the good from the bad with this company. Never buy just by looking at the spec online - check the product out in the flesh.
