I ordered 4 Karrimor knit run hats51. 2x fluorescent, 765227/13 /000, and 2x black,765227/03/000, I only received 3 of them.
One of the black hat's is missing from my order.
I emailed customer service on Monday 11/01/2015 when the hat's arrived, and told them that one of the hat's is missing from my order.
I'm still waiting for a reply from my email about the missing item to my order.
