Bought walking shoes identical to my previous pair as I loved the style, colours and comfort, which I'd just about worn out and had served me very well. Price even with delivery charges was cheaper online than in store and no fuel/parking costs.
My only grumble is regarding delivery. I'd had an email stating delivery date as the same day as the email arrived. Delivery was not made until the following day which was disappointing as I'd changed my plans without any notice to accomodate the date given.
