I ordered 3 items, but only the cheapest item at £5.50 was in the parcel. The parcel had not been tampered with so the other items just had not been added. They were included on the delivery note. I immediate contacted customer services by email.... couldn’t find a phone number. I have not yet received a reply. Mistakes do happen, but Karrimor should deal with complaints and in particular, missing items, immediately Not impressed!
