Disappointed. Ordered shoes early Friday 20th. Paid extra, £6.99 to ensure delivery on following day, the 21st. Waited for promised email - nothing
Parcel arrived this morning 23rd. To add insult to injury, the label displayed the words NEXT DAY.
I'd like to be reimbursed the additional fee I paid for the delivery that didn't happen.
Does anybody really read these reviews - or act upon the contents? I await developments.
