Ordered off the internet what I thought was a quality garment, priced at £29.99, only to be sent an item of much quality than one I already own. I was even more shocked when the item sent was festooned with labels showing the retail price of £17.00 or, 2 for just £26.00 . Needless to say, customer services declined to offer any refund, saying it was a mistake that they hadn’t removed the labels before sending out!!! I have now returned the item for a full refund. Potential customers beware!
