I really like Karrimor stuff. But this has been a bad purchasing experience. I ordered 2 for 1 which included £5 postage. One was out of stock, so they revised the order to 1 + £5 postage. I emailed them to say "just send me any two from the range". They said "no" and despatched the order. This is unacceptable customer service on two counts - firstly a failure to understand that adjusting an order to a customer's disadvantage is poor, and secondly, dealing curtly and wrongly with the customer when they write to suggest a solution. Poor job, Karrimor.
