Placed the order and Karrimor took the money. Since then nothing, no order, no delivery, no non-delivery card, no refund and no customer service. There appears no way to speak to anyone either at the delivery company (Yodel) or Karrimor. Is your need to make customer service numbers or emails difficult to find indicative of your confidence in your service or an indication that the customer just needs to put up with being taken for granted? If it weren't for the fact it is Karrimor I would assume it was a scam. In honesty had I known you used Yodel to deliver I would never have placed the order in the first place.
