I have decided to do couch to 5k to get me through the Coronavirus lockdown. My old trainers have seen better days so I decided to invest in some new ones. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and by mid morning on Saturday my new trainers had arrived, just in time for run number 1, they are really light and incredibly comfortable, thank you Karrimor, great job!
