I’d like to give a positive review but unfortunately I can’t. I ordered two tops for my husband’s birthday at the beginning of March. One of the tops had a release date of 8th April which was plenty of time to receive the tops for his birthday. The 8th April came and went with no tops being delivered and no word from Karrimor. I emailed customer service and was told the tops wouldn’t be delivered until the release date but the release date had passed! Three times I contacted customer service to obtain an update and received little information so I was no further forward. One of the tops arrived on my husband’s birthday but no word or update on the missing top. I would chase but I have no faith in receiving a response. Awful service which has put me off using Karrimor which is a shame as my husband likes the products.
