A glitch in the retailers ordering software SportsDirect caused the product to be sent to the wrong address. Despite me immediately informing the company it was still delivered to this address two days later. Now they expect me to drive a hundred mile round trip to collect it. This is the fault of Sportsdirect the retailer, not Karrimor, although perhaps the relationship needs to examined. I'm sure the product itself is fine.
