Online experience was very good. It was easy to shop, to order, and the products were received quickly. But, as with all online purchases, the in store experience is missing. There's nothing Karrimor can really do about things like trying on a product before you buy it, but if anything could improve I would say a chat service where customers could talk with knowledgeable staff would be helpful.
