I had a problem when my postcode picked up the first house in my street. I saw the problem when I received your email by which time your offices had closed and I phoned the number on the PayPal receipt. I got a gentleman in your accounts depth who was incredibly helpful and whilst he couldn't solve the problem he did everything he could. I was extremely impressed. Exceeding understanding and helpful. If even your back office staff have this standard of customer care you are truly an impressive company. Fantastic !
