You may have the only gaiters that have a Velcro front closing only. In tough conditions, this is to be preferred over a zip, which will always go wrong when most needed, and can be very difficult to do up in cold/mud etc. However, it is not very clever to sell them for 23.99 on your website, and then send me a pair with "50%"" off and a new price of only 11.99, when you charged me the full price. Do I qualify for a refund for letting you know about such incompetence in your organisation??
