I ordered trekking boots online: nice looking and very reasonably priced. My normal shoe size is 5 but unfortunately the delivered pair is too small. I wanted to exchange them in a local Sports Direct shop, but was told at the till I need to pay extra £10.99. Returning by post would incur postal charges. Not sure this policy is exactly customer friendly although I have nothing bad to say about the actual product. Apart from that it is too small to be size 5.
