Website split order removing one of two pairs ordered. I was then forced to make second order and pay postage twice as they would not combine order despite an immediate request.
Then the wrong sized shoes were sent, and despite requesting an urgent replacement as shoes needed for the weekend - I originally ordered with next day delivery - still not replaced.
I will never shop here again!
