The Maha dips were brilliant, the Muhamarra being our favorite.
The Harf Roasted Cauliflower, Ras El Hanout, Pickled Raisins, Garlic Yoghurt had the most amazing flavours, the pickled raisins adding an amazing touch.
The Smoked Aged Rice, Spinach, Fennel Seed & Onions, rice will never taste the same, an excellent accompaniment.
