This is a great service. We've now used it 4 times and are almost certain to use it again. The quality of the food we have had is very high, the instructions clear and easy to follow and we've loved the fun extras such as sound tracks.
The only thing which causes us concern is the environmental impact of all the plastic packaging. We were very pleased when one of our orders used heavy-duty cardboard packaging rather than plastic and it would be great if this could be more widespread. Is there some way this can be addressed?
