We have such little opportunity to enjoy high quality food in our region, so it was wonderful to introduce some locals to what is possible. The preparation was very clear and easy to manage, giving everyone at the dinner a chance to get involved without feeling overwhelmed. Most importantly though, it was all absolutely delicious!!
