Food quality from Supernormal was great but dietary information was very poorly detailed! My wife is coeliac, but every dish that contained gluten had no information on it indicating that it contained gluten. The only dietary information mentioned was nuts, soy, egg & pork. This is very confusing and dangerous for any coeliac customers, who may assume the noodles, bread & dumplings are all gluten free seeing as nothing is mentioned in the dietary info.
