Delivery of my order was seamless and the food safely protected and kept properly frozen. Only suggestion would be that it would help if the meals were stored in foil containers. I don't use a microwave and so unpackaging and reheating some of the items (eg. mashed potatoes, butter chicken) was difficult in sealed bags.
