I have now had three deliveries from Providoor. the first order was delivered with everything in p;ace and my order filled as requested. My second order came without my order of the Tiramisu, when contated i was advised it would vccome with my next order which I accepted as a true offer rom Providoor. My Third order came last week and had NO Tiramisu, even when contacted no one got back to me to apologise on the missing order. We even sent an email following on from the third order to remind whoever is in charge that we had ordered again and not to forget to include the missing Tiramisu. Heard nothing back. so much for your customer service. There is no where on your web site where I can re order this mistake of yours without being charged again.
