Soo disappointed... I placed an order to cater for Mother's Day, expecting delivery on Friday morning as promised. Just before midnight, I received a text to say that my order wasn't coming. There was no mention of why or when it may come. It's not possible to find a phone number for the business. I tried to reach out via their website, emails, and social media. Someone eventually called me just before lunchtime on Friday to advise that my order was still coming and that it would be delivered in the afternoon. Based on this, I was less stressed about the prospect of not having food for Mother's Day. The delivery hadn't arrived by 5:45pm on Friday evening, causing me to follow up. It was finally delivered by someone at about 7pm Friday, significantly later than expected. At this point, I thought that everything would be ok. On Sunday afternoon, I started opening the food to prepare it for dinner. Please see my pictures below to illustrate what I was expecting based on the pictures on the website compared to what we received. Suffice it to say, no way I’ll use this service again. Please don’t take the risk yourself!
