Hi Guys, I am a fan but a couple of things my husband and I felt need perhaps a little tweak! Braised Beef
Moussaka, nope didn't do it for us, nor did the keftedes. Both, we felt needed more spice (or something)
We are not chefs so maybe it's just us, but we do know what we like! Chicken Curry...nah not really up to what we expected. On the other hand the chile prawns and ? curried prawns my husband just loved, so more will be ordered. We admire and appreciate the work you are doing so thanks very much. Ax
