Of all the meals I’ve ordered there have been some good but a few terrific. Worst was the French onion soup which was overwhelmed by salt. I love the French soup at Francois & this needed all the cheese i had at home . Your Chechen & lemon dish was delicious & I can recommend. Other dishes have kept up the very good or very bad. Given your chefs I had hoped for top quality across the board. The food was well packed but delivery dates were too long. Cooking instructions very good too.As for delivery times I was told between 8 am & 6pm. Far too broad a range.. Surely after Covid this should have been a smooth flowing experience. Not yet. I’m giving you another chance with my next order. Fingers crossed
