The product was delivered in a large box with 5 meals which arrived damaged as the box must have been dropped in transit. Not to mention the meals were not frozen and given we had enough food for 5 nights we could only eat 3 of the 5 as the product only has a 3 day life after being thawed.
The staff were responsive once we sent photos of the damage goods in arranging a credit, however my thoughts are that alternative cartons sizing is required to stop in transit damage.
