Re Order #13082........My rating is ZERO.
My order was delivered on December 9, 2024. The 2 Spinach and Ricotta Gnudis were missing.
Since that date I have sent mulitple emails and an interaction with your message bot about this issue. On 2 occasions Jordan responded and I answered but then NOTHING in response! On my sytem in a file named PROVIDOOR I have stored 12 correspondences between me and you between 9/12/24 and 20/12/24. MY ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED. I am angry, frustrated, disappointed and want to know what it would take for you to respond to me directly about this issue. This is terrible Customer Service and a terrible blot on the reputations of the wonderful chefs who are associated with you. I certainly would not recommend your company - in fact the opposite.
