My experience with Providoor was particularly unpleasant. Despite specific instructions in writing to make delivery to my home address and it was a Sunday as I was at home housebound, the delivery driver nevertheless proceeded to deliver to my office address. As that was an office block in the city which was naturally closed on a Sunday, he simply lefy the goods on the footpath outside the building and failed to respond to my texts requesting him to contact me. Unsurprisingly, the goods were immedialtely pilfered. My complaint the following day was met with a stock standard reply denying all liability, and all subsequent attempts at communication were ignored. Simply appalling customer treatment!
