The food is good but the administrative side is terrible.
I have placed 7 orders and have had issues with 4 of them.
2 had missing items
1 didn't arrive at all
The last and final one I only placed because they provided me with a "We are sorry for our previous stuff up" discount voucher
I placed the order which was over just $200 and should qualify for free delivery. The discount took the total cost down to $180. On check out they charged me $20 for delivery which wiped out the apology discount.
I then tried to add an additional item to the order to take it back over $200 but was told this wasn't possible and I would need to place a separate order and pay delivery on that as well
As I've stated, the food is very good but the customer experience is very bad so I won't be ordering from them again
