I feel a lot of the reheating instructions will result in overcooked meat, almost burnt pie, etc.. It is also a bit of a hassle to remove the frozen food from the plastic bag. The tastes are okay but not really exceptional, and I can often do something similar if I were not so short of time in meal preparation due to a full-time job.
Also, there was an incorrect delivery, this was addressed but still very inconvenient.
