I placed and order on 11 December and only received half of my order about 2 weeks later. I have been emailing them about the items I have not received and have not had any real reply back. Its all this automated replies. Two months later and I am now forced to go and spend money again to get doona covers cause I actually needed the ones ordered and not received. I don't have money to go and buy replacements and I already paid for the ones that they aren't sending. So good luck getting anything out of them. They just take your money and then never send your items and it seems to be impossible to a human being to assist you...
