We visit Skipton twice a year and a highlight is a visit to Keelham Farm Shop. Popped in to the upstairs cafe today. 3 members of staff working , yet it took a full 30 minutes after ordering to have 1 coffee and 1 tea brought to the table. Complaints were met with "were extremely busy"....doing what?? People in adjoining tables experienced similar delays. Very poor today, I'm afraid.
