Had boiler fitted in June 2016, started having problems very first time I turned heating on,
1st, 2nd and 3rd time of using boiler it made my house rumble. Contacted sub contractor, Tom Prince, who fitted boiler and he just wasn't bothered. Then contacted Keep Cosy and after 2 weeks of expecting phone call, called again and was promised they would send someone out to look at it. STILL waiting 2 weeks later
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you want to be Cosy
