after setting up a recurring payment, they took £1.14 direct debit saying its just a test debit which will be returned,however 6 weeks , and many emails to them it has not, my account has also not been credited with this amount. its just a small amount so i give up chasing it, but it not on to pinch customers money like that !!!!!!!
