Irregular inspection of rental property by Kelvin Francis Lettings. After one particular inspection, I received no tenant's report and so I requested feedback. The company reported that all was good in the flat, which was surprising since a leak from the flat above had left staining and damage. Having left a huge note in the kitchen asking for feedback, it was obvious that nobody had actually inspected the property. Several years on, I still await return of part of my deposit.
