Hi there, we brought a Kenwood cooker from curry’s, it was faulty, so we contacted curry’s who passed us to Kenwood, who refused to accept responsibility for our Cooker and told us it was curry’s responsibility and accepted no responsibility at all!!! After 3 days Kenwood contacted us, they told us we must wait 10 days for an engineer to come out and agree our cooker is faulty! This has left us with no means of cooking! Thank you Kenwood for caring..... we won’t be buying any appliances from you again!!
