The product is fantastic. The delivery was not great. There was a supply issue, so the order, which was a Christmas present, did not arrive in time (ordered 3rd Dec, received 28th Dec). The email to tell customers about the delay included multiple recipients who were not blind copied, which is a breach of GDPR. It felt very unprofessional. When the product did arrive it was great, as usual, but the service was a big let down.
