Ruth genuinely cares about the cats in her care, treating them like they were her own. Our two babies have just spent their second stay at Kernow cat hotel. Every couple of days we would get some photos and a message to update us on how they are doing. There are no cages. The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of toys to keep them amused. Very much recommend this place.
