Finding this is like finding GOLD for me (Type 1 Diabetic)! I can have a bar without taking insulin or worrying about a spike. There is nothing better than this bar! You aren’t sacrificing flavor or sweetness with this bar! And there is no bad after taste. You can’t tell it’s a low carb, better for you, frozen ice cream with chocolate shell bar.
