As a diabetic, I haven't had any ice cream in 6 years. The flavor of Keto Pint ice cream was great. I tried strawberry, chocolate chip cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, coffee, salted caramel, and peanut butter chocolate. Salted caramel was my favorite. I found that defrosting it each time in the refrigerator was helpful to bring out the full flavor and creamy ice cream texture. Big fan of the flavor, texture, and low carb/sugar.
