I'd most certainly give 5 stars for the quality of your product but since having my products delivered recently, completely melted (a refund was issued). Unfortunately, I won't be able to order from you anymore. If the shops I frequent had more than 1 or 2 types of your products I wouldn't need to order from you at all. Most times they are out of your product at Whole Foods, Safeway and Fred Meyer. I live in Sisters, Oregon and getting to even these stores is some distance. I know with the current pandemic, shipping is not reliable (and according to you, you have no control over shipping times-makes sense) but I would think you would not ship anything frozen knowing it could take several days to arrive. That's why mine was melted, it took 6 days to get to me. Frustrating on both ends, I know. However, keep making this outstanding product!
